二、BGF-SUS型不銹鋼波紋膨脹節(jié)介紹：
BGF-SUS型不銹鋼波紋膨脹節(jié)為補償因溫度差與機械振動引起的附加應力，而設置在容器殼體或管道上的一種撓性結構。
主要用食品、飲水、醫(yī)藥、化工、液壓等管道系統(tǒng)，起到補償管道伸長壓縮的軸向補償作用；
法蘭和波紋材質：可以做不銹鋼304、316、321三種材質；
法蘭連接數(shù)據可以選擇GB/T 9119-2010（樣冊P100）也可以選擇其他法蘭標準生產；
產品壓力：1.0MPa、1.6MPa、2.5MPa；
產品長度：標準長度與樣冊P93相同，也可以定制其他長度；
嚴禁超位移：建議波紋補償器應該在有效補償量內伸長、壓縮，請勿橫向位移；
施工防范：當焊接工作發(fā)生時，波紋補償器本體必須防止焊接發(fā)熱和火花；
介質要求：請在管道進水口加裝有效去除氯離子裝置（氯離子含量不超過25mg/L），避免水氯離子含量超標，產生針孔腐蝕；
橡膠接頭是用在設備進出口的，可以補償軸向和橫向位移，減震效果是最好的。并且不受管道內部介質的腐蝕。
不銹鋼的產品對水質要求比較高，水中氯離子含量超標的話，有可能會造成不銹鋼波紋腐蝕，造成漏水。
金屬軟管（外面帶編織網的）這種可以用在設備進出口，可以起到減震的作用，也可以補償橫向位移，軸向位移很小的。但是要注意介質腐蝕問題。
波紋補償器一般是用作管線熱脹冷縮補償管道軸向位移的，不能補償橫向位移，主要是伸長壓縮用，減震效果很低。
適用于：波紋補償器是用在管線中間的軸向補償產品，不適用于水泵進出口。
